P for Pandora

Alternative post title: sweetest birthday present to date. :)

I’ve been on the fence purchasing my first Pandora chain and charm for what seemed like a lifetime and a half. Just when we got back from Phuket, I was chatting with my friend Eyjay on the Pandora charm I wanted to get. Little did I know, she and Len have been cooking something up.

I was so happy to receive my first Pandora in this light all I could do was to snicker and do a little ugly cry in RCBC Plaza. LOL

Joining two other memorable bracelets, here’s how I usually wear my Pandora seashell (to remind me of our recent beach trip) & silver collier:

On dressier days, I wear it with some ice. :)

M&S Central Square

This July, Marks & Spencer’s opened its flagship store in the Philippines at Central Square, the newest Premiere Retail destination in the heart of Bonifacio High Street, Taguig. The store featured various fashion lines in Womenswear and Menswear along with Lingerie and Beauty essentials, with an easy to shop format and exciting new fashion displays.

M&S Central Square will also be home to the first ever standalone Food store in the Philippines – located opposite the Menswear floor. In addition to a wide range of food lines, the store will also offer a variety of hot and cold coffee and serve freshly baked pastries and cookies that go along well with the premium blended drinks.

My love affair with Marks & Spencer started with their underwear, mid-calf boots, and toiletries. That and their cookies of course! I just can’t get enough of them and I’m glad to find them in a brighter and more spacious shopping space at one of the malls I frequently visit, Central Square. Take a peek at the newly opened M&S store below. :)

Mmmmm more makeup!

A Splash of Summer by Sample Room

Sample Room, being the ultimate “invisible thread” between me and my #bblogger gal pals, decided to whisk us away from the urban jungle and take us to Pico De Loro for a day of nothing but good vibes. For starters, wouldn’t a pair of Elements Slippers in the mail boost your mood? :)

How about this kind of problem:

My kind dilemma: choosing a luxe piece from a rack of Soak Swimwear

I ended up with this smoldering number from their latest collection:

I got to wear it the week prior underneath my diving suit at Cebu. I found out that it’s perfect for both lounging and active ocean wear. Super flattering too! :)

Apart from the sign above, this beautiful view welcomed us:

Daily Luxe: SEVENFRIDAY

If we’ve known each other for a good while, you’re probably well acquainted with my arm party/wrist candy fancy. I’m bad with strings that’s why I stick with my metals and leather. The shinier and heavier…the better! :)

Watches on the left, baubles and bands on the right. Mmmm.

Not too long ago, I added a couple of “trophy” pieces on my luxe list. One of them might take double-digit years (to maybe never! LOL) to achieve since it’s worth $33K+ (*gasp*). Two of them are on the more affordable side and one of them’s readily available here in Manila. The watch below is by SEVENFRIDAY.

Me wearing the SEVENFRIDAY P2-1

SEVENFRIDAY P2-1 deets *swoon*

Steel, industrial plants, engines, machines, wheels—the brand’s universe, as well as its designs, are strongly inspired by these elements. The products’ design is a result of these inspirations in combination with high-end production and complex construction. It is a merger of contrasting materials and styles in harmony. The products clearly target individuals with a discerning taste for quality, design, and uniqueness.

The wristwatches of Sevenfriday are built on two major elements: the box and the interface. The box, made of stainless steel, refers to the complex construction of the protective casing. Its shape and style lies between the modern and the classic, creating an exciting atmosphere. It is surrounded by an animation ring made of aluminum, enhancing its haptic and visual appeal.

Within the box, you can find the interface, which consists of hands, discs, dial, and the watch movement. All the indicators are designed and arranged in way to bring the complexity of the movement to the surface. The dial alone is made up of five separate pieces or layers, with eleven different applications. This complex construction attracts and fascinates the spectator.

If you love the industrial look and feel of over sized watches, you will lust over SEVENFRIDAY. The luxury of perfection and exclusivity (for me) totally rationalizes their limited collection range. Still looking at the roster below, I think there’s one SEVENFRIDAY time piece fit for every watch collector. :)

Bollicine Collection by Jewelmer Joaillerie

Over bubbles and crisps, I’d like to show you a little major lemming I can’t quite shake off:

Bollicine earrings, Jewelmer Joaillerie Margherita collection circa 2012

I was ready to kiss it adeiu when this Lunar New Year, Jewelmer re-designed it and relaunched as a key lust object in the sparkling Bollicine collection.

Featuring lustrous South Sea pearls framed with scintillating diamonds, Bollicine is a hallmark collection in the brand’s 30-years of high jewelry and craftsmanship. The symbol of infinity is evoked in gleaming circles of 18-Karat gold, cascading down to dance in anticipation of an auspicious Lunar New Year.

To further entice my lemming heart, it even has an equally beautiful, complimenting necklace.

*jaw drop*

I’m currently saving up for my Eurotrip and with this duo, I don’t know if I can make the trip happen late this year! Eeep!
