Closer Look: shu uemura Holiday 2011 Wong Kar Wai Eye & Lip Palettes
Posted on Nov 16, 2011 in BeautyI think this entry says it all — I’m head over heels over these palettes!

I find all the colours workable alone or blended together. Brand love aside, I find these palettes super sulit for its price because it has everything one needs for both everyday and the holidays.

Burning in Water
Burning in Water looks fantastic on all undertones may it be fair or golden. I love how it makes my eyes pop on extra haggard days. The cream cheek colour lasts 4-6 hours on my combination skin tone. The muted pearl glow-on multitasks as a highlighter on the lids and cheeks.

Drowning in Flame
If you love romantic, smoky eyes, you will fall in love with Drowning in Flame. It’s a great wine palette that can be both pretty and sultry by combining the different hues of pink and deep purple. See how Patricia Lee (shu uemura Official Make-Up Artist for North America) maxed this palette out:

These Asia exclusive palettes are now available in shu uemura Powerplant Mall for Php 4000 each.

i’d love to haul this if am not in a makeup buy ban, especially expensive ones hehe.
my vote goes to Drowning in Flame!
