Spell L-U-X-E With The Charm Gold Retractable Kabuki
Posted on Aug 7, 2011 in BeautyYou can ransack my kikay kit on any day and you’ll unveil my most beat up makeup tool: my trusty Charm Luxe Retractable Kabuki. It’s beat up (thank heavens not to pieces) because I use it on a daily basis to apply my powder foundation before I step out and touch up using the same brush at least 4 times the entire day. I sanitize it before I call it a night (or should I say day since I work in the evening?) and deep cleanse it twice a week to prevent evil pimple causing bacteria from breeding into it.
I always thought that this is already my HG kabuki brush because it’s not only affordable and efficient but is also a clear looker. Imagine that thought dispelled in seconds as soon as I got a hold of Charm’s latest luxe offering: the Charm Gold Retractable Kabuki. I’m a big believer of show and tell so I’ll let this quad of snaps do the talking for me. :)

The clear cut difference between the two brushes? The gold version’s very, very, very buttery, velvety soft! It’s so soft it works like a magic wand when applying powders because it blends and beautifully melts the product into the skin. If you love the signature Charm pink hue, you need not fret. Sophie loves it a lot herself that she’s not ditching the pink version. She’s modified the new pink brushes to be as luxurious as the new gold version!
The Charm Gold Retractable Kabuki’s now available online at Beauty and Minerals and at Crossings, Shangri-la (yes, they’ve just acquired a cozy, quaint corner in a massive mall) for only Php 580.

The most shushal brush EVAR!
Wow, looks absolutely gorg! Looks denser than the pink one, is it? Looks like I’ll have to get my pink retractable a golden sister!
Yes it absolutely is! Lemme know how you like it when you get your hands on one :)
I had a mini kabuki brush before but it’s from another brand, and I love that it’s very convenient to tote along. Unfortunately it got stolen together with the rest of my bag’s contents when I was mugged and I never got around to replacing it. I’ve been meaning to though, and this seems like the perfect choice :)
I agree on the word “LUXE” in short SUPER SOSYAL!!! I saw this in person and agree on the buttery soft texture!
ah, sosyal na sosyal ang dating! it looks so pretty and i’ve been reading raves about this product…. :)
