Just before 2012 closed, I received some SYOSS samples in the mail. I first learned about it from my Sample Roommates and was more than very giddy to road test the range out.
From the makers of Schwarzkopf professional hair products, widely recognized around the world for its hair competence, comes Syoss – a high-performance formula that has been co-developed and tested by Japanese professional hairdressers and stylists to specifically care for Asian hair. It has three exciting lines developed to address specific hair care needs. For heavily damaged, stressed, colored, or permed hair – try on Syoss Repair Shampoo and Conditioner. Women with dry, brittle, and frizzy hair will benefit most from the Moisture Intensive Care line which gives you that extra boost of moisture your hair needs. If you’re suffering from dandruff, try the Anti-Dandruff Control Shampoo and Conditioner which fights off dandruff at first application.
I don’t have dandruff (thank heavens!) so I skipped the Anti-Dandruff Control Shampoo and Conditioner and immediately gunned for the Repair duo. My coloured hair isn’t exactly dry and parched but you can tell that it needs TLC since it’s very thin (falling hair’s my daily foe) and lacks luster. I’ve used this duo for 6 weeks in total and what I first noticed is the rinsing comfort I get from it. My hair doesn’t get all chunky while rinsing the shampoo out. I like the conditioner a lot because I need very little to leave my hair shiny and bouncy the entire day even if I only fan it dry in the morning. I’ve tried the Moisture Intensive Care line and I don’t have anything off to say about it too. It does live up to its promise of making dehydrated hair look and feel smooth and healthy.
SYOSS Shampoos and Conditioners are available in 4 sizes: 10ml sachets (Php 4.50), 100 ml (PhP 48.00), 190 ml (PhP 90.00) and 400 ml (PhP 175.00). You can easily find this brand in most supermarkets and department stores nationwide.
