Yesterday, just for fun, I had my future read by a tarot card reader in an event with the girls.

I was the last on queue and with the girls were quite baffled on their readings, I honestly wanted to back out (*cough* coward).

Too late.

Before I knew it, I was saying my name thrice silently. The card deck was cut thrice. The first card was drawn and the tarot card reader had a huge, refreshing smile on her face. Why not when the first card meant a marriage in my family this 2012. :)

The rest of my cards meant lots of flying in and out of Asia this year, bazzilions of properties, meeting an interesting foreigner by June, and a mumu living with us in our home.

My handwriting was analyzed as well and just before I put the pen down, the tarot card reader exclaimed “wow millionarya!” then pointed at the mole on my left long (middle) finger. She told me not to wear my ring on my right hand and move it to the said finger that had a mole.

I found the last exercise quite interesting because I also got myself an advance vday present and it made things fall into place uhmm nicer.

What you probably don’t know about me: I’m a watch buff. I love two tone faces with stainless steel bracelet pieces. Why not when they scream c-l-a-s-s-i-c. :)

Dad, do know that while I have this, I’m still lemming for your Formula 1s and Yacht Masters

I’ve been looking for a nice over sized, automatic, two tone piece for a while now (is 5 months just “a while” still?) and oddly, even with a budget of 15 grand, nothing looks good on my wrist. I was sold to this bold piece by Michael Kors and Kenneth Cole but when I came back for them, they were already sold.

The best part about this find? I had some change from my set budget.
